7x24 SUPPORT < support < home

RIATA provides 7x24 support for customers that have a Preferred Support Agreements arrangement. Certain surcharges may apply in addition to our normal rate.

Preferred Support Agreement: A Preferred Support Agreement provides the customer with priority support at a discounted rate. Starting at $4000, this arrangement will make certain that you are given our highest priority for all service calls while enjoying a reduced service rate. Please contact your Account Executive for more details.

Surcharges: For after-hours support, the following surcharges may apply:
    Mon - Fri, after 5:00pm - Normal rate X 1.5
    Saturday, 8am - 5pm - Normal rate X 1.5
    Saturday, after 5pm - Normal rate x 2
    Sunday, 8am - 5pm - Normal rate x 2
    Sunday after 5pm & Holidays - Normal rate x 3
