Riata provides a full offering of company paid benefits including Medical, Dental, Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance plans, Prescription Drug Card and 401K Plan . Insurance benefits are effective for new employees beginning the first of the month after 30 days of employment. 401K eligibility is based on 90 days of employment. A brief overview is listed below.

  • $15 Eye Examinations

  • Presription Drug Co-Payment - $15 Generic and $20 Brand Name

    Fortis Dental
  • $50 Deductible per year
  • 100% of Preventative care covered (Exams, X-rays and cleanings)
  • 80% of Basic care covered (Fillings, Periodontics and Oral Surgery)
  • 50% of Major care covered (Crowns, Endodontics and Bridges)
  • $1000 per year maximum

    Fortis Life, AD&D
  • 1X annual salary Life benefit
  • 1X annual salary AD&D benefit
  • Optional Spouse/Child life benefit (This option is employee paid)

    401K Plan
  • Employer matching contribution based on year end profits
  • 15 funds to chose from through various providers

  • Optional Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability Plans at employee's expense. Very low rates based on a group offering.
